We believe it's important to see, and feel, the quality that goes into our spas. Come in for a complimentary test soak in our private room.
Pre-delivery site inspection.
We'll visit your home and look to inspect the area you are planning for your spa. We do this to ensure a flawless delivery. We also obtain a sample of your tap water for a computerized analysis A weekly "recipe" for spa care is created from this sample so your maintenance chores will be simple!
Placement of spa.
We don't believe in the "driveway dump" style of delivery. Our trained crew will place your tub in the area you choose and they will position it the way you want. Once the tub is in position we will unwrap it and take all the packaging with us.
Instructional session on your new spa.
Once the tub is in position and filled with your tap water, we will start our "spa school". The spa is given it's initial chemical treatment and our technician will review use and care of the unit. We want you to be comfortable with the operation of your new spa.
Service after the sale.
The Pool Source maintains a factory trained technician on staff, as well as, an additional part-time support tech for peak periods. The store is open seven days a week and staffed to answer your spa questions. (Closed on Sundays in the winter)
